Official Contest Rules
1. Grand Prize and Second and Third Place winners will be selected by a random drawing on February 2, 2009.
Beginning in March 2008 and continuing until March 2009.
2. The contest is open to all members of the general public, who are at least 18 years of age. Identification must be produced on request. Employees and Consultants of Passion Parties, Inc., its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
3. First prize will be a cruise for two. Second prize will be a Passion Parties gift certificate in the amount of $1,000. Third prize will be a Passion Parties Gift Basket with a retail value of $500. The prizes are not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Passion Parties may deem appropriate.
5. Winners must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Passion Parties, Inc. acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules before the prize is awarded.
6. Passion Parties, Inc. retains the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
7. This contest is subject to all federal, state and municipal laws.
8. Passion Parties, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
9. Contest open to United States and Canada residents only.
10. One entry per person. All entries shall become the property of Passion Parties, Inc. and may be republished by Passion Parties in every type of media and as frequently as Passion Parties determines in its sole discretion.
